JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Lifestyle Sales Consultant is responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ultimately achieving move-in goals. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for helping seniors find the lifestyle they deserve and ensuring the successful leasing of resort suites.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with seniors and their families.
  • Be courteous and friendly to visitors and work in a cooperative manner with fellow workers.
  • Able to plan, organize and direct people and functions.
  • Mentally and physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
  • Conduct tours of the community, showcasing amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Educate potential residents and families about community offerings, care options, and financial details.
  • Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain engagement and provide information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain an updated database of leads and contacts, documenting interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in planning and hosting community events and open houses to attract prospective residents.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
