We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Mack Trucks Sales Team based in Derrimut. Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve short and long-term sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Proactively prospect for new business and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct marketing and networking activities to generate quality leads
  • Present and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits to customers
  • Strive to exceed the national Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle delivery status and timelines
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships with regular follow-up and communication
  • Ensure sold vehicles are ready for delivery, and guide customers through paperwork and operational information
  • Refer completed deals to Finance & Insurance (F&I) and aftermarket teams
  • Introduce customers to our service department, promoting the quality of our after-sales support
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and meet company quality standards
