Your new role
Lexus of Adelaide are seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Specialist to join our state of the art dealership on West Terrace, Adelaide’s exclusive home of Lexus. This is a permanent, full-time role in which you will utilise your sales experience to help manage our pre-owned department and achieve sales targets whilst providing an exceptional customer experience which exceeds expectations for our loyal customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing the highest quality of customer experience to identify used car sales opportunities
• Overseeing the reconditioning, marketing and stock turns of our pre-owned vehicles
• Nurturing leads with current and future customers
• Achieving monthly sales targets and metrics by maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Remaining abreast of the latest product details as a subject matter expert
• Assisting the buying team with purchasing quality stock for the dealership as required

About you

TO DRIVE YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL DEMONSTRATE:

• Previous sales management experience in the automotive industry (luxury brands highly regarded)
• Motivation and success in meeting sales targets and metrics
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Commercial aptitude with an ability to influence and negotiate
• Possession of a current driver’s license is essential
