As a Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners across Metro Atlanta, guiding them through their home improvement projects with our industry-leading exterior remodeling services. If you’re driven, customer-focused, and ready to take your sales career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (home improvement, in-home sales, or commissioned sales preferred).
  • Basic construction knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 60 lbs of sample materials.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to multiple locations daily.
  • 3 or more years of experience in commissioned sales or in-home sales.
  • Familiarity with various software applications on a company-provided tablet.
  • A track record of success as a high-integrity top performer.
  • Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling!) to assess their exterior remodeling needs.
  • Educate customers on Nelson Exteriors’ products and services, guiding them toward the best solutions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline from consultation to installation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow a value-based selling approach focused on integrity, trust, and top-tier service.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
