Join Contour TestPrep as a Sales Consultant and become the trusted guide for Year 6, 7, and 8 students and their families during one of the most important decisions of their academic lives. As Victoria’s largest private tutoring company, our Victorian Selective Entry Program is our newest service. The program is aimed at reshaping how students prepare for selective entry exams, through our comprehensive preparation programs.
You’ll conduct 30-minute Welcome Consultations and 30-minute Results Review (Closing) Consultations via Zoom with high-intent families, helping them understand our programs, address their concerns, and guide them through our complete preparation pipeline from initial consultation through trial week to final enrollment. Your consultative approach will turn anxious, overwhelmed families into confident, prepared students ready to achieve their selective entry dreams.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

️ Communication Mastery: Outstanding ability to explain complex ideas with clarity, empathy, and conviction via phone and Zoom
Relationship Building: Build genuine rapport and trust with parents during consultations and follow-ups
Sales Excellence: Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience in a high-performance B2C environment, with proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
Consultative Mindset: Listen deeply, address concerns thoughtfully, and guide families to the best solution for their child
️ Organisational Excellence: Proactive and meticulous in managing inquiry pipelines, follow-ups, and parent communication touchpoints
Mission Alignment: Genuine passion for education and helping Year 6, 7, and 8 students achieve exceptional selective entry outcomes
