ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Independent Sales Consultant to join our growing HR Consulting organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, building relationships with decision-makers, and positioning Powering People as a trusted and strategic HR advisor.
This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for professionals with proven experience in selling services, consulting solutions, or HR-related offerings. For the right individual, this role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients across industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, C-Suite executives, and decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and position Powering People’s bespoke solutions as tailored responses to their challenges.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to design proposals and pitch presentations.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on HR and people-strategy trends to engage clients with informed conversations.
