Job Title: Sales Consultant for Wedding Venue ($45k plus Avg. $39k-$52k+ in commission)

Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Cottonwood Barn, guiding couples through the journey of planning their wedding. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication, personalized consultations, and showcasing our venue’s unique offerings. This role requires a genuine passion for weddings and a knack for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person tours to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
- Conduct personalized tours of our venue, highlighting its features and discussing various wedding packages.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, availability, and additional services, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Customize proposals and contracts to meet the specific needs and budget of each couple.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and secure bookings.
- Collaborate with our event coordination team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to planning.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Passion for weddings and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local wedding trends and vendors is a plus.
