Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Director, in this role you will be working from our Hornsby office and will also be visiting clients homes, 5 days per week. Warm leads flow in and we expect you to respect them

You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting prospective clients on site typically at their homes at times convenient to them (Customer first)
  • Actively following up with prospective clients, closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Understanding the customer needs, measuring and photographing
  • Preparing estimates, proposals and sales documents
  • Actively manage and develop a sales pipeline and leads
  • Following project timelines – communicating with clients through the journey
  • Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and site visits
  • Liaising with the production and install teams
