Salary: £24-30000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000), plus benefits
Location: In-clinic across our 3 practices (rota includes some evenings/Saturdays)
About the role
We’re a fast-growing private dental group. You’ll own the patient journey from enquiry to accepted treatment, delivering friendly, outcome-focused consultations and clear treatment plans while working to sales targets and consistent run-rates.

What you’ll do

  • Run face-to-face consultations (private, cosmetic & implant cases).
  • Translate clinician recommendations into clear, costed treatment plans; discuss finance options compliantly.
  • Follow up warm leads and pending plans; maintain high show-rate and conversion.
  • Track pipeline in our CRM; report daily/weekly KPIs (show %, conversion %, revenue, cycle time).
  • Liaise with clinicians, reception and finance to ensure seamless patient experience.

About you

  • Experience as a Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator or dental sales.
  • Target-driven with a warm, professional bedside manner.
  • Confident discussing fees, value and timelines; excellent objection handling.
  • Strong admin/CRM discipline; CQC/GDC awareness and finance-discussion compliance.

KPIs & targets

  • Consultation show-rate ≥ 80%
  • Plan conversion ≥ 55–65% (treatment accepted)
  • Monthly revenue target (clinic-specific) with consistent weekly run-rate
  • Follow-up SLA: contact within 24h; 3–5 touchpoints over 14 days

Hours & rota
Full-time (c. 40 hrs): mix of weekdays, 2x late evening, and 2x Saturdays.
