We are now seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our team in either downtown Calgary or downtown Kelowna.
Position Overview
The Sales Consultant will be the first and most important connection for prospective dental implant patients. This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role for someone who thrives in guiding patients through major life decisions. You will meet with patients, listen to their goals, present treatment plans and financing options, and help them take the step toward a renewed smile and quality of life.
This is a full-time, in-office role with no remote option.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person consultations with prospective patients at our downtown centre.
  • Present treatment plans, timelines, and financial arrangements with clarity and compassion.
  • Guide patients through decision-making with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly case acceptance and revenue goals.
  • Manage and track patient leads, consultations, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Provide input into sales strategy and process improvements as the organization expands.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven success in high-ticket consultative sales.
  • Experience in medical, dental, elective healthcare, or luxury services sales strongly preferred.
  • A background in dental would be advantageous, though not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong closing ability.
  • Confidence in discussing significant financial commitments and payment options.
  • High efficiency and proficiency with CRM systems is a significant asset.
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and motivated by helping patients change their lives.
  • Must be able to work full-time in-office in downtown Calgary or downtown Kelowna.
