Description The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating vehicle sales by delivering a professional, consultative, and customer-focused buying experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, disciplined follow-up, and adherence to dealership processes to maximize customer satisfaction, gross profit, and volume objectives. The Sales Consultant serves as a brand ambassador for the dealership and its manufacturer partners. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Required High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail hours. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Prior automotive sales or commission-based sales experience. Knowledge of dealership sales processes and desking models. Experience with digital retailing tools and online lead handling.
