A day in the life of a Sales Consultant will look like:

• Developing relationships with new clientele as well as maintaining a database of existing customers
• Guiding customers in vehicle selection through tailored inquires that prioritize their needs and actively incorporate their input
• Continuously developing product knowledge, knowing all ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies
• Learning to overcome objections and thriving within sales situations
• Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Bringing a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work daily
• Following up with buyers to ensure a successful buying experience and gain referral business

Qualifications for a Sales Consultant:

• Previous sales and customer service experience helpful, but not required
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Eagerness to improve and willingness to learn
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
