  Poulton Tiles, part of the regions largest independent supplier of tiles are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our retail team. Not only does the store supply tiles across the whole of the north west and beyond but also supply inspirational bathrooms, and have a separate Trade Counter fully equipped with adhesives, tools and ancillaries to fulfil every tilers needs.
  The successful candidate will be able to inspire customers and build relationships with clients by understanding their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements by utilising the team around you. You will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to customers demands and needs . You will be self motivated with aspirations to grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support.
• Ensure objectives are achieved.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services. (full training provided)
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth operation from quote to aftercare.

Experience/Knowledge:

• Proven track record in sales.
• Computer literate including CRM and WMS systems.
• Passionate, self driven with a can do attitude.
• Knowledge of showroom displays and marketing advantageous.
