Demonstrations and Test Drives: Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of specific models. Accompany customers on test drives, addressing any questions or concerns during the experience. Sales Negotiations: Assists in negotiating the sales price, trade-in value (if applicable), and financing options. They work closely with the sales manager and finance department to ensure a smooth transaction. Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers complete the necessary paperwork for the purchase or lease of a vehicle. This includes preparing sales contracts, coordinating financing applications, and explaining warranty and service agreements.
