Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning West Perth is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team in a full time role.
Based at our offices on Gordon Street, West Perth. We are offering a full time role with a competitive salary plus commissions, based on the level of experience.
This role offers challenging and varied work with excellent and rewarding working conditions.
Previous air conditioning experience is preferred, but not essential. This role is perfect for a person with industry knowledge, looking at changing or furthering their career path.
You will be working with a knowledgeable sales team that are very supportive and motivating.

Applicant’s key responsibilities will be:

• providing advice and sales proposals to new and existing clients in response to incoming phone and email enquiries;
• provide plans and technical information for air conditioning systems;
• liaising with new and existing clients, builders, architects, suppliers and contractors;
• providing prompt aftersales service and direction to customers;
• provide a high level of service to adhere to our high level of customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have:

• motivated attitude with professional presentation;
• ability to prioritise, time manage and meet deadlines with minimum supervision;
• excellent communication skills to understand and assist clients with their needs;
• excellent problem solving skills to offer solutions;
• capability to work closely in a team environment and collaborate with the team, clients, contractors and suppliers;
• previous air conditioning experience in any capacity preferred, but not essential.
