What You’ll Do: Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction. Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs. Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings. Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships. Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs). Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using ladders or step stools.
