ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a customer focused role which require outstanding customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure a great shopping experience. You will be provided training, focusing on the Small Appliances in order to fully utilise your capabilities and knowledge when selling products to your customers.

Some key tasks will include:

• Selling electrical products and services
• Use our point of sale and customer service system
• Maintain the presentation of the Small Appliances department
• Undertake operational work, such as assisting with stock takes
• Work across a 7-day roster, which includes weekend and public holiday shifts
