Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our Sales Consultants are all about being that warm, friendly welcome for every inbound enquiry. You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s needs and wants, delivering a first-class experience every time. While aiming to hit those key sales targets, you’ll also be spreading positivity and making sure every customer leaves with a smile. This is an office-based role in the lovely Queen Square, where you’ll be part of a really welcoming team.
It’s a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference and have plenty of fun along the way!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Take inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Deliver world-class customer service along the way.
  • Muck in where needed on other tasks. We’ve got some big goals and lots to do, so there’ll be times when we need all hands on deck.
