JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Consultant with experience or interest in the immigration industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with prospective clients, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Your primary goal is to promote our immigration services to individuals looking to study, work, or settle abroad.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in immigration, education, or recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in closing sales.
  • Good understanding of immigration processes is a plus (training can be provided).
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Understand and explain various immigration programs (e.g., PR, student visas, work permits).
  • Conduct consultations to assess eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Attend industry seminars, webinars, and company events for lead generation and networking.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, procedures, and eligibility criteria.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and post-sale process.
