About the Role As a Sales Care Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of what we do—supporting clients from their first enquiry through to ongoing care. You’ll build trusted relationships, coordinate high-quality care plans, and contribute to business development efforts in the local area. Key Duties: Conduct in-home care assessments and create tailored care plans Build relationships with clients, families, and care professionals Monitor care delivery and ensure ongoing client satisfaction Assist with recruitment and care coordination where needed Promote our services locally and identify opportunities for growth Take part in the on-call rota, providing support outside of office hours on an evening and weekend Rota basis What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Caring, proactive, and highly organised Experience in care, customer service, or sales (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential) What We Offer: £24,200 per annum salary Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, on call one evenings and one weekend (normally 1 in 6) Ongoing training and professional development A supportive, friendly team environment The opportunity to genuinely improve people’s lives every day Ready to start a rewarding career with purpose?
