Responsibilities Consult homeowners on HVAC solutions tailored to their comfort and efficiency goals. Assess customer needs and recommend heating and cooling system upgrades. Prepare accurate quotes and explain pricing, financing, and installation timelines. Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. Required Qualifications Proven ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections in a consultative sales environment. Valid driver's license. Eligibility to work in the United States. Willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations. Ability to provide a personal vehicle for local in-home consultations. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience. Experience closing consultative sales. In-home sales experience.
