Main Responsibilities: Maintaining and growing a strong client base by communicating about company’s financial and digital services. Finding new target markets and penetrating them to increase sales. Understanding the needs of clients and creating new sales opportunities to achieve the assigned targets. Analyzing the market’s potential to track sales. Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
