JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in industrial cleaning services, including hydro excavation, high-pressure cleaning, tank cleaning, chemical cleaning, and environmental response. This role requires someone eager to build and maintain strong relationships directly with clients at plants, refineries, and other industrial facilities. We are looking for a professional who understands the industry, can deliver tailored solutions, and has the drive to grow long-term business partnerships through expert consultation and proven sales strategies.
This is not an entry-level sales position.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales within industrial services, environmental services, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting, hydro excavation, tank cleaning, chemical cleaning, and spill response.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex services clearly.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between customers, operations, and field supervisors.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.

  Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Generate new business opportunities through up to 50 cold calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering the right industrial cleaning solutions.
• Collaborate closely with field supervisors and project managers to ensure jobs are executed smoothly and client expectations are met.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Track all sales activity, leads, and opportunities in CRM to ensure consistent follow-up and reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.
