The Store Development Division operates under the mission of empowering people and society through store openings on "Rakuten Ichiba." We propose business opportunities utilizing "Rakuten Ichiba" and conduct new business development to help businesses decide to expand their sales channels. Since our target businesses span a wide range of products and genres, you can acquire comprehensive e-commerce knowledge and specialized proposal skills tailored to each genre. Position: Why We Hire Due to recent environmental changes, the demand for and importance of utilizing e-commerce, including "Rakuten Ichiba," has increased even further. To accelerate our sustained growth, we are strengthening the structure of our "Rakuten Ichiba" business, which is the core of the Rakuten ecosystem. As part of this effort, we are looking to hire new store opening consultants who can contribute to our continued success. Position Details You will be responsible for new business development to propose business opportunities utilizing "Rakuten Ichiba," Japan's largest online shopping mall, and to help businesses decide to expand their sales channels. Details of Job Responsibilities You will be entrusted with supporting businesses considering new store openings. This includes conducting business negotiations via phone or in person, planning and hosting seminars, and forming alliance partnerships with local governments, allowing for a wide range of proposals based on your discretion. You will have the opportunity to work with various types of businesses, from sole proprietors to publicly listed companies. After joining the company, you will not only be involved in new store opening sales but also have the opportunity to engage in consulting sales aimed at maximizing store sales, marketing, and other services within the Rakuten Group. This allows for the potential to build a diverse career.
