As our Sales Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor, a style expert, and an essential link between artisan craftsmanship and our clientele.

2. IN-DEPTH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Stay current on Fashion trends, luxury materials and garment care.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Excel expert and full Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and order management platforms.
• Confident typing speed and excellent admin/record-keeping abilities.
• Strong social media skills — you understand how style and digital presence align.
• Quick learner and self-starter who thrives in a boutique environment.
• Sewing or tailoring knowledge/experience (Desirable).
• Fashion & Design or Business Administration Qualification (Desirable).
