Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We’re looking to grow our team with a high-energy, outgoing sales representative who loves to work with the public.
Our sales team interact with potential customers to understand their purchase and equipment preferences, demonstrate the equipment features, and complete paperwork necessary to complete sales. The primary function of our sales team is to make customers feel welcome and supported throughout the sales transaction and thereby build long lasting customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist customers on the lot, presenting a professional environment that supports sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Answer questions about new, used and consignment agricultural and construction equipment as well as implements, as well as financing, leasing and other purchasing options available, acting as a ‘subject matter expert’.
  • Negotiate sales deals within parameters set by the General Manager for new, pre-owned and consignment inventory.
  • Make in person sales calls to existing customers of the dealership.
  • Conduct calls to generate new business and maintain daily follow-up and tracking of all inquiries.
  • Maintain a leads data base for weekly review and discussion with the General Manager.
  • Fully participate in all Sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Form and build lasting client relationships.
  • Must be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
