About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their options and choose the right insurance cover. You will work as part of a supportive contact centre team, with the training and coaching you need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer.
• Talk with customers about their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns with care and empathy.
• Keep accurate records and meet compliance requirements.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and keep developing your skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A motivated, positive approach and a willingness to work towards goals.
• The ability to manage your time and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-first attitude and an openness to learning and feedback.
• Comfort picking up new systems and technology.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a bonus, but not essential.
