QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in luxury/high-line sales with commission is preferred, and previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
  • Engage with customers and use consultative selling techniques to assist in vehicle selection.
  • Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new models to effectively communicate product advantages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Use CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service by promptly addressing complaints and concerns, taking ownership of the customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicles and their features.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and lead management.
  • Provide top-notch customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Ensure optimal levels of customer service and client retention by promptly and effectively addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • Take ownership of the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks that help the dealership create a positive impression.
