QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in luxury/high-line sales with commission is preferred, and previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Engage with customers and use consultative selling techniques to assist in vehicle selection.
- Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and benefits.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new models to effectively communicate product advantages.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Use CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
- Ensure high levels of customer service by promptly addressing complaints and concerns, taking ownership of the customer experience.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License.

The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and providing an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicles and their features.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and lead management.
- Provide top-notch customer service before, during, and after the sale.
