What You Can Expect: Lead Engagement & Reactivation Contact and re-engage: Inactive Rhenus customers (primary focus) Lapsed opportunities Targeted trade lane prospects Establish initial engagement and rebuild relationships Prospect Qualification Identify and engage decision-makers (logistics / supply chain) Confirm: Trade lane relevance Shipping activity and scale Key operational pain points Progress contacts from suspect → qualified prospect Appointment Setting Secure meetings for BDMs with: Qualified and relevant prospects Clear commercial context Utilise structured booking tools: Calendar scheduling Automated confirmations and reminders Pipeline Contribution Deliver Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) by: Booking and confirming meetings Ensuring meetings are attended Provide structured handover to BDM including: Contact background Business overview Identified needs / challenges CRM & Data Management Maintain accurate records of: Contact attempts Outcomes Qualification status Work from segmented lead lists: Trade lane Industry Customer status (inactive, prospect, etc.) Follow-Up & Nurture Ensure every interaction results in: A booked meeting, or A clearly defined follow-up action Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects not yet ready to convert Support development of long-term pipeline What You Bring: Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with CRM systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Welcome to Rhenus, where our journey of growth connects with yours.
