Customer Experience Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience while guiding prospects through the home buying journey. Closing & Execution Confidently ask for the sale, overcome objections, and move prospects from interest to close. CRM & Follow-Up Leverage CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to track leads, manage communication, and ensure consistent follow-through.
