We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Patient Sales Consultant to guide patients through one of the most important decisions they may ever make. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping others feel comfortable, and growing within a high-performing healthcare environment. What You’ll Do: Meet with patients and guide them through treatment recommendations and next steps Build trust through compassionate, consultative conversations Help patients understand pricing, financing, and payment options Follow up consistently with patients throughout the decision-making process Maintain an organized pipeline and patient communication process Collaborate closely with doctors and office leadership to create a positive patient experience Support practice growth while delivering exceptional service Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No evenings or major holidays Requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or other relationship-focused roles Strong communication and people skills Comfortable discussing pricing and financing options Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable Experience using CRM systems is helpful but not required Preferred (Not Required) Dental or healthcare experience Consultative sales experience Experience with financing or lending Leadership or front office experience We encourage candidates from hospitality, luxury retail, fitness, medical spa, customer service, and other customer-facing industries to apply.
