This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, and creating positive first impressions in the community. As a Field Appointment Setter, you will play an important part in supporting business growth by connecting with homeowners, building trust, and helping them take the next step toward a professional roof inspection. Responsibilities Generate qualified homeowner leads through neighborhood canvassing and in-person outreach. Schedule roof inspection appointments with interested homeowners in assigned territories. Educate homeowners on roofing issues and available inspection or replacement options. Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building rapport in person. Able to handle homeowner objections professionally during in-person outreach. Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods. Eligible to work in the United States. Reliable transportation for assigned local territories.
