Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish trust. Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences by asking questions to better understand their requirements. Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.
