Your tasks

• After a qualified training period, you will take over your own sales territory.
• They acquire new members and maintain existing customer relationships in person, by telephone, digitally, and in the field.
• They build networks with relevant stakeholders and maintain these networks continuously.
• They present and market BARMER's services in companies, partner businesses, schools and universities.
• They develop sales concepts and use their excellent sales instincts to identify new customer potential.
• They will handle the implementation of customer retention measures.
• If needed, you will accompany the KiG training and participate in the joint implementation of practical assignments in sales.

Your profile

• They have completed vocational training in a commercial field or a similar qualification.
• You clearly enjoy actively acquiring customers and can already demonstrate initial sales experience.
• Thanks to your good communication skills and tact, you quickly build trust with insured persons and are thus able to win them over and inspire them about a topic.
• In your work, you always prioritize personal contact and possess the necessary mobility within your region.
• Your ability to address our customers directly and specifically to their needs, as well as your willingness and perseverance to lead even complex issues to sales success, are what distinguish you.
