Job Summary: MacPhee Ford, a dealership committed to innovation, customer focus, and transparency, is in search of a Sales Representative to enhance our team. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, advocating for our products, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
Foster enduring relationships with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction above all
Promote the dealership’s offerings with integrity and authenticity
Conduct thorough sales presentations and demonstrations for potential customers
Negotiate sales agreements and address customer inquiries with professionalism
Stay abreast of product information, pricing, and features
Meet or surpass sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Sales experience is preferred
Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: This position features a 100% commission-based pay structure with attached bonuses, offering one of the most competitive plans in the province. Given the emphasis on customer service, the successful candidate will enjoy generous commissions and bonuses based on their performance.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
