What we are looking for: We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch [https://mattresswarehouse.com/pages/bedmatch-information]. Preferred Qualifications * We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week. * Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus! * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles. * You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions. * We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch [https://mattresswarehouse.com/pages/bedmatch-information] system. * A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success! * Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
