Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is a leading provider of broadcast solutions, live event production, and managed services for enterprise clients, networks, and government agencies. Our Media Asset Management (MAM) solution enables clients to efficiently store, organize, retrieve, and distribute their media content across teams, locations, and platforms—ensuring secure, scalable, and streamlined workflows.
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive adoption of our Media Asset Management solution across target industries, expand our client base, and lead strategic sales initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for BMG’s Media Asset Management platform. This role requires a deep understanding of media workflow solutions, a proven ability to close enterprise-level deals, and strong relationships in industries such as broadcast, corporate communications, sports, entertainment, and government.
You will lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of sales experience in software, hardware, media technology, or media workflow solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong understanding of media asset management systems, cloud storage solutions, and broadcast workflows.
  • Established network of contacts in broadcast, corporate video, sports, entertainment, or government sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
