About the Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership and course sales while creating an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Drive membership and course sales through in-person, phone, and online interactions. - Engage clients with energy, professionalism, and expert knowledge of our offerings. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience. - Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs. - Maintain organized records and follow-up systems for leads and prospects. - Represent the hub with a polished, confident, and personable presence. What We’re Looking For: - 4–5 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or commercial sales - University degree (essential) - This role offers a clear career progression for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and embrace the company's values - Excellent communication skills - Native/advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). - Knowledge of fitness, yoga, or Pilates is highly desirable (RYT certification ideal). - High-energy, outgoing, and target-driven personality. - Strong interpersonal skills, confident presence, and professional demeanor. - Performance-driven mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. - Exceptional organization, execution, and follow-through abilities.
