Develops buyers by maintaining rapport through follow up with previous customers and well-timed equity mining Understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Completing sales with compassion and a focus on a fair profit. Updates job knowledge by participating in Foundations training; educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Daily follow-up with potential customers via online customer management system using phone, email and text. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients and explain vehicle features; drive vehicles; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion. Work is conducted inside, outside, and in proximity to moving vehicles.
