Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in our Bristol Branch. While prior experience in the sales field is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We value individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. As a sales consultant, you will play a crucial role in revenue generation by attracting new customers and ensuring the very best customer satisfaction of existing ones. Average weekly hours 40 hours. You’ll be expected to work 1 in every 3 weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Basic to Intermediate excel skills.
  • Knowledge of self-storage operations, security, and facility management is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, walk-ins, and outbound calls.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers’ storage requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our self-storage solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas by utilising strong sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new business.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and security measures of our self-storage facilities.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation for each sale.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
