We have a unique opportunity for 2 highly motivated, personable, and experienced Sales Consultants to represent Catholic Healthcare by promoting and facilitating the accommodation sales process of new residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective residents and their families throughout the admission process. Your duties will include initiating contact, scheduling appointments, conducting tours, and providing support through to contract and admission, all while employing a consultative sales approach to secure residents and achieve occupancy targets.
Reporting to the Occupancy and Business Development Manager, you will manage the pipeline of leads nurturing prospective residents and their families via initial inbound and outbound calls, coordinating and influencing positive sales outcomes that support both resident and business.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes and ethically conduct an end-to-end sales process.

Additionally, you will have;

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Residential Aged Care or Retirement Living/Property sector
  • Experienced in achieving sales targets, working to KPI’s and increasing revenue
  • Understanding of NSW Aged Care Legislation
  • Demonstrated CRM and database experience
  • Good understanding of reading and explaining contracts and financial documentation
  • Friendly and approachable and patient manner
  • Experience in dealing with older generation
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDISWC Check
