Responsibilities

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward. This individual will play a critical role in driving the sales of warehouse space/ pallet positions, contributing to the expansion of our 3PL services in the region. The consultant will work on a contractual basis and will receive a variable payout structure based on the successful closure of end to end deals and billing cycle.

  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and engage new clients while nurturing existing accounts to validate service levels and develop additional revenue streams.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and engage potential clients for 3PL services, focusing on selling pallet positions
  • End-to-End Sales: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring opportunities are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • CRM Management: Administer all inputs in the CRM system, manage lead pipelines and opportunities, and generate actionable reports for executive management.
  • Payment Collections: Collaborate with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
