POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a full commission sales opportunity, ideal for a motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment. As a Sales Consultant at Hamilton Volvo, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and guiding customers through the process of purchasing or leasing a new or pre-owned Volvo.
Success in this role is defined by your ability to consistently close sales and provide a premium client experience — your income potential is directly tied to your performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in automotive sales or a strong sales background in a commission-based role
  • OMVIC certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools
Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Understand individual client needs and recommend appropriate Volvo models and solutions
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
  • Provide detailed explanations of financing, leasing, and warranty options
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including documentation and delivery
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
  • Represent the Volvo brand and Hamilton Volvo with professionalism at all times
