Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents and their families, guiding them through an exciting and emotional decision-making process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Trust: Develop meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase Luxury: Deliver compelling presentations of our homes and facilities that reflect our brand’s premium offering.
  • Guide the Journey: Manage the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry to closing the deal — with professionalism and care.
