Description

STEP INTO THE WORLD OF LUXURY AVIATION

Imagine starting your day with a call from a high-net-worth client in New York and ending it having secured a last-minute charter to Monaco. Sales Consultants at the organization don’t just sell flights—they deliver bespoke experiences.
This is not your typical sales role. It’s an entry point into a world of private aviation, where you’ll work with celebrities, executives, and global decision-makers in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
If you’re an ambitious self-starter with a passion for sales, service, and success at altitude, this is your runway.

Responsibilities

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE, FULLY ONSITE ROLE LOCATED IN ATLANTA, GA.

Pay: $53,000 plus uncapped 10% commission on profit margins

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll build your own client portfolio, identify bespoke travel needs, and craft tailored charter solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both sales and operations, from first outreach to flight takeoff.
You’ll be mentored by industry experts, trained internationally, and backed by a globally recognized brand in private aviation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer custom charter solutions.
  • Coordinate with jet operators to source aircraft options, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Oversee full charter operations—from quoting to post-flight follow-up.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Use the organization’s CRM to manage quotes, interactions, and operations.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and knowledge-building exercises.
  • Support your mentor’s desk during training through quoting, admin, and coordination.
  • Attend airport visits and aircraft viewings to gain firsthand industry exposure.
  • Be flexible with working hours, particularly during the early training period.
