About the Job Position Title: Sales Consultant Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development and consultative selling. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting business support and workforce solutions across the region. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, client meetings, and digital platforms. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying leads and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle to successful closure. Promote and sell business support services, including Employer of Record (EOR), outsourcing, payroll, and workforce solutions. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that address their business needs. Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients before and after onboarding. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and retention. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions. Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using CRM and sales management tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Education / Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales. Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and deal closure. Strong experience in managing B2B accounts and developing long-term client relationships. Previous experience within HR services, outsourcing, business support services, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll solutions, or workforce solutions is highly preferred. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing abilities. Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Confident, proactive, and results-oriented approach to sales. Experience using CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools. Strong reporting and pipeline management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Professional presence with the ability to represent the company at client meetings and industry events. Fluency in English is required.
