Description This position requires selling and promoting our beverage products to on premise accounts in Racine, Kenosha and Walworth counties. The Sales Consultant provides exceptional service to their accounts to maximize territory growth measured against market potential. They are responsible for communicating and executing the brand plans of our supplier partners and helping attain collective sales goals. Previous knowledge in Wine, Spirits, Beer and N/A products a must. Requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience. • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record and working vehicle. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish enduring customer relationships. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively. • A drive to negotiate and close sales deals. • Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills. • Knowledge of the beverage industry and understanding of market trends and customer motivations is needed.
