This role is exclusively focused on handling inbound calls from existing customers - no cold calling! We're looking for energetic individuals who can proactively connect with existing customers, highlighting the seamless transition and incredible ongoing value of remaining with Red Energy. Be the trusted voice that solidifies their choice to keep their energy services with us. The role is a full time permanent opportunity, working on a rotating roster between 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm (AEST) with a day off during that week. Key requirements: Minimum of 12 months experience within sales, retail, hospitality or customer service Passion for building rapport with people and delivering high-level service A positive self-motivated attitude The Perks: 3 weeks of in-office paid training at our dog-friendly Richmond office. Be in control of your own earnings with a guaranteed base salary and uncapped commission which is paid fortnightly 30 weeks of paid parental leave.
