THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to handle inbound and outbound enquiries via calls and emails. This is a consultative role—you’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solutions tailored to their home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up professionally.
• Use CRM to manage leads, pipeline, and communications.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility.
• Contribute to monthly sales targets with a consultative, non-pushy approach.
