Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients nationwide via Zoom.
Understand client needs and match them with the appropriate coverage.
Clearly explain benefits, answer questions, and provide enrollment support.
Assist clients through applications and follow-up communication.
Participate in team calls and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and achieve growth together.
